SCOTT OKI

Scott Oki retired after ten years with Microsoft, where he served in a variety of executive positions. Oki founded Microsoft's International Division and also served as Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing, and Service.

After leaving Microsoft, Oki founded Oki Developments, Inc., an investment company with diverse interests in real estate, golf course development and management, restaurants, a professional soccer team, and early to development stage information technology companies. He also founded the Oki Foundation, a nonprofit foundation focused on philanthropic activities both locally and nationally.
Oki sits on several advisory boards and boards of directors for both nonprofit and for-profit companies. He has also founded or co-founded over a dozen non-profit organizations, including the Japanese American Chamber of Commerce, Social Venture Partners, America's Foundation for Chess, Chief Seattle Council Boy Scout Foundation, Seattle Police Foundation and Sounders for Kids, just to name a few. He believes in marrying his "passion for things entrepreneurial with things philanthropic in a way that encourages others to do the same."

Oki earned an M.B.A. and a B.Sc. in accounting and information systems, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Colorado.


SATYA NADELLA

Satya Nadella is a senior vice president and leads Microsoft Corp.'s engineering efforts in the Online Services Division, which includes the Search (Live Search), Portal (MSN) and Advertising platforms.

Nadella joined Microsoft in 1992, and most recently led Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS). The Microsoft Business Solutions Group develops and markets the line of Microsoft Dynamics products that manage financial, customer relationship and supply chain management functions. During his six years in MBS, Nadella was responsible for Microsoft Dynamics ERP and the creation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Office Small Business product lines.

Before that, Nadella founded and led the Microsoft bCentral small-business online service, served as general manager for Commerce Platforms Group, and was responsible for Microsoft Commerce Server and Microsoft BizTalk Server products. Nadella was also a key member of several advanced technology incubation efforts inside Microsoft, including interactive television and digital rights management. Nadella's first assignment at Microsoft was in the Windows Developer Relations group, where he was a program manager.

Before joining Microsoft, Nadella was a member of the technology staff at Sun Microsystems Inc. Nadella has a master's degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the University of Chicago.


RAJEEV SINGH

President & Chief Operating Officer, Concur Inc.

Rajeev Singh, co-founder of Concur, is President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his role, Mr. Singh is responsible for helping to define the corporate strategy and for ensuring that the operating groups execute against the company's revenue, customer satisfaction, and profitability targets.

Mr. Singh has been the company's President since 2005, COO since 2002, and was appointed to the company’s Board of Directors in 2008. Prior to his current role, Mr. Singh led the sales, marketing, research and development and client services organizations. Prior to co-founding the company, he worked in engineering roles at Ford Motor Company and General Motors Corporation.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Western Michigan University.


BRUCE MACNAUGHTON

Bruce joined Crosslink in 2001 to focus on venture investments in the Communication Services & Infrastructure and Software & Business Services sectors. Prior to joining Crosslink, Bruce was CTO & VP Engineering at iCopyright. Before that, he was the general manager of Internet Operations at Microsoft.

At Microsoft, Bruce's team developed, deployed and supported the architectures for such services as MSN, Passport/Hotmail, Microsoft Communities and MSN Messenger. From 1997 to 1998, Bruce was director of communications strategy at Microsoft, where he created the Microsoft Passport initiative. There, he focused on the company's community, chat, buddy list, and e-mail product strategies.Previously, Bruce spent 20 years at CompuServe, most recently as Vice President & Chief Architect.

Geoff serves as a Venture Partner with Voyager and focuses broadly on information technology investments in the Pacific Northwest. A former venture partner with Madrona Venture Group, a Seattle-based venture capital firm, Geoff is a current investor in over 25 private companies and is a current board member of three companies, including drugstore.com (NASDAQ GM: DSCM), Judy's Book and Sandlot Games, and is a board observer for several others.

Geoff is also an active angel investor in the region, and has invested in over 35 Pacific Northwest technology companies during the last decade. Several of those companies have had successful exits, notably Isilon Systems (NASDAQ GM: ISLN), World Wide Packets (acquired by Ciena), The Coffee Equipment Company (acquired by Starbucks) and Shelfari (acquired by Amazon). Geoff is also a long-time member of the Executive and Screening committees of the Alliance of Angels, the largest angel investor organization in the Pacific Northwest, a member of the Advisory Board for the University of Washington Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a member of the Advisory Board for the Donald H. Jones Center for Entrepreneurship at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

A former securities lawyer and financial analyst, Geoff has also held positions at Perkins Coie, Jones Day, UrbanEarth.com, Salomon Brothers, The Prudential Home Mortgage Company, Mellon Bank, Priority Investment Management and Duquesne Capital Management. Geoff is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Notre Dame.
